If you are new to Escape Rooms here is some of the key information you should be aware of to ensure an amazing experience!
 

1. DO OUR ESCAPE ROOMS HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?

Our age limit is 10+. Children under 16 years old need to be accompanied by an adult who is either playing or waiting in reception. Our puzzles are designed to challenge adults so children may find them too challenging or frustrating to solve on their own.

2. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PLAY?

For more details view our full price list which includes details for corporate team building or school events. We do offer special promotions, discounts if you post your experience on social media, and during special events throughout the year.
 

3. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY TOGETHER?

Due to the size of the space and the complexity of the game we accommodate groups of 2-10 players per game. Based on the results so far, the ideal team size is between 4-6 players.

4. WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO BOOK A GAME?

To guarantee the time slot you would like, online booking is always advised. You can always make a same-day reservation, but this will need to be made at least 2-hours in advance. Of course, you’re welcome to walk-in and play on the same day, but this will be subject to availability.

5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING BOOKING?

Yes you can! Get in touch here or give us a call and we’ll arrange an escape experience that’ll be a team building event to remember.

6. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO REFUND, CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?

Unfortunately, all escape room sales are final upon entry of the room. If you need to reschedule your game, please give at least 2 hours notice and we will do our best to find an alternate booking time!

7. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ARRIVE?

Whether you've been to an Escape Room previously or not, it’s important that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the game so we can brief you on the room and any safety procedures. Please be mindful that on most days we have multiple bookings one after the other, so if you run late time will have to be deducted from your game. For the same reason, If you are more than 15 minutes late, the game will be cancelled and a suitable replacement time may not be available.

8. WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED IN THE BUILDING?

You have no need to worry, your experience is fully supervised so you’re completely safe and our gamemaster will provide an instant exit if any participant is feeling anxious or needs to leave for whatever reason during the game. You will have access to communicate with the gamemaster if needed at all times.

9. CAN I TAKE PHOTOS / VIDEOS INSIDE THE ESCAPE ROOM?

Unfortunately, no pictures or videos can be taken in our escape rooms. We want to keep the clues and puzzles a mystery for future players. We will securely place your mobile phones and recording devices in a locked area within our facility during your experience. There will be plenty of photo opportunities after the game and around the site.

10. CAN I SNACK / REST IN THE ESCAPE ROOM?

No food or drinks are allowed in the escape rooms. You probably wouldn’t have the spare time to eat or drink them anyway! As you are participating in the adventure for 1 hour, there is some seating located in the space that allows you to take a breather - but since you are racing against the clock to finish the game you won't get much time to sit & relax!

11. IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WHO CAN I TELL?

Our Game Master! They’re always on hand to ensure you’re having the best experience possible. With that in mind, please be sensible in our rooms. We want everyone to have a great time and to have the best chance of escaping! Players who cause deliberate damage or use excessive force which results in property or equipment damage will be held responsible. Aggressive behaviour towards members of staff and/or team members will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

12. HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IS LEFT?

Our room is fitted with a screen showing the timer, so you’ll always know how much (and how little) time you have remaining. The clock is ticking!

13. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T ESCAPE IN TIME?

Whether you are an experienced Escape Room gamer or a first-time guest, most escape rooms are difficult and you may not actually finish the entire room in the time given. Don’t worry we’ll still let you out… and the doors will unlock once your time is up, but you’ll feel much better if you beat the clock.

14. WHAT DO I GET IF WE ESCAPE?

The sweet taste of victory and complete pride, especially if you’re playing against your friends / family or co-workers. You will have also had an hour of fun and excitement. If the time runs out you can always return another time and try and finish the last few steps to get the satisfaction of completing the game, if you so desire!
